Wonderful Assyrtiko that expresses all the grandeur of the Santorini vineyard. It comes from overripe grapes, is vinified in amphorae and remains for some months with the wine lees acquiring a complex and at the same time elegant character. If you like mature wines, invest in this label without fear.
Its color is bright lemon green. Its aroma is complex and typical of the Santorini vineyard with citrus fruits, tea, herbs, minerality and hints of bread. Its taste is crunchy and rich with lemonade, honey profile and an incredibly long aftertaste. It is a wine that will evolve very nicely over time.
