Malagousia is now the personification of the way Greek producers are rediscovering their roots. Evangelos Gerovasilliou is credited with its renaissance and the estate’s Malagousia is a benchmark style, round, soft and supple, with ethereal floral and fruity aromas, coupled with oaky undertones. One of the most popular white wines in the Greek market. Resulting from the marriage of two exceptional Greek varieties, Malagouzia, distinguished by elegant aromaticity, and Assyrtiko, characterized by explosive minerality and acidity. The result: cool, elegant, enjoyable.

Its color is very pale pink. Its aroma is extroverted, with tropical fruits such as passion fruit and mango smoothing out red fruits such as cherries and cranberries, with some hints of sweet spices and flowers in the background. The mouth is lively, with a noticeable acidity and enough body and the tropical flavors to impress and leave a long aftertaste.

Quality red aging by Vangelis Gerovassiliou, based on blend varieties which knows like few others. Smoked and spicy aromas on the nose and mouth, serious tannins and good acidity, resulting in a beautiful and long finish are the key features of this very good Greek red.
