The white Assyrtiko and the red Xinomavro in a ratio of 60/40, ferment with the native yeasts and mature for a few months in oak barrels of 500 liters in the presence of the fine lees. Its color is light lemon. Its aroma is full of life with fresh green fruits such as apple and pear, citrus, peach and essential notes of white flowers. In the mouth it is relatively rich in acidity that gives incredible freshness, the flavors of the fruit dominate, some soft notes of vanilla make their appearance while its aftertaste is long.

When Agiorgitiko meets Syrah and Grenache Rouge, the fruit comes from old vineyards, the work done in the vineyards is meticulous and the care in the winery is zealous, then we are definitely talking about an excellent rosé wine.
