    Thyrsus - White 2017

Dry, Still, White, Viognier, Malagouzia, Keep for 2-3 years, 12,5% alc.
Original, aromatic and round mouth blend Malagousia and Viognier. Buck Chalky gives absolute freedom to his son Alexander to create and he surprises us with this unusual combination. The Thyrsus is exciting on the nose, full mouth and prove that if the old is otherwise, the new is always nice.

Fokiano is one of the oldest varieties found mainly in the Dodecanese and the islands of the northern Aegean. Here we have a rosy expression of this red variety from Lipsi, which have entered the wine map in recent years thanks to the efforts of the only winery on the island, the Lipsi winery. If you are looking for something truly sought after and unique then this is definitely an ideal choice.
  5. Ageriko
    Ageriko

Dry, Still, White, Athiri, Assyrtiko, Fokiano, Drink it now
    €13.60
Two local winemakers, Manolis Vavoulas and Nikos Gryllis, put Lipsi on the wine map of Greece when in 2013 they joined forces and created the Lipsi winery with the aim of producing wines that match and highlight their place. Here we have a white wine from three predominantly Aegean varieties, the red Fokiano (followed by white vinification) and the white Assyrtiko and Athiri, which stands out both for its charming fruity profile and its cool and delicious taste.
