An amazing wine that combines both the strict characteristics of the grape and the charming and fresh aromas that are favored by the high altitude and the influence of the sea. It is an expression of the variety that should be enjoyed by the fans of Assyrtiko but also by those who do not particularly like it because they will change their mind.

    Two local winemakers, Manolis Vavoulas and Nikos Gryllis, put Lipsi on the wine map of Greece when in 2013 they joined forces and created the Lipsi winery with the aim of producing wines that match and highlight their place. Here we have a white wine from three predominantly Aegean varieties, the red Fokiano (followed by white vinification) and the white Assyrtiko and Athiri, which stands out both for its charming fruity profile and its cool and delicious taste.
