A solid blend of Agiorgitiko and Syrah, with the signature of Sotiris Aivalis, the new generation of the Aivalis winery. The very low acreage yields and the excellent use of the barrel combined with the long stay in it, lead to a wine that should be tasted by all lovers of exuberant red wines.

Mus is the third wine in the minimus series of Chloe Hadjivaryti produced with 'natural approaches'. The young winemaker is constantly experimenting and offers us wines of minimal interventions with a strong personality. Here we have a wine with characteristic freshness and fruit depth of 100% Xinomavro from the vineyard of Filiria in Goumenissa that is organically cultivated, fermented with native yeasts and matures for 4 months in oak barrels. If you want to enter the world of 'natural wines' this is a great start!

The terroir of Santorini is present in all the varieties of the island! The wonderful Katsano of Giorgos Gavalas, a multi-year and persistent effort of the winemaker has given the wine of the same name a wonderful yellow color, aromas of honey and lemon but also of apricot, matching acidity and a long, very pleasant aftertaste.

The revival of the vineyard Rapsani and the establishment as one of the most important in Greece is mainly due to Tsantalis Winery. The Grand Reserve is the leading expression of Rapsani, produced only for the very best vintages in limited quantities. Aged for 18 months in oak barrels and 18 months in the bottle, acquiring extremely rich character and robust structure and can comfortably be aged for at least a decade yet. Those who are not yet convinced that Xinomavro, apart from exceptional red wines, also gives us great rosé wines, should try the "Dianthos", bearing the signature of the Boutari winery, a company that has tied its name with Naoussa and the most important red variety of Northern Greece. The myth says that Dianthos is the flower created by Zeus because he envied the lily, the flower of Hera. Elegant, vivid but also modern, Boutari's flower gives us endless moments of enjoyment.
