The idea was to marry the classic Rhoditis with aromatic Malagouzia. The performance of Chris Barafaka balanced with aromas of tropical fruit and whitefish, freshness in the mouth but the acidity is too high and totally pleasant, fruity character, with emphasis on the immediacy of perfume rather than complexity.

Assyrtiko, Trebbiano and Sauvignon Blanc combine beautifully in a white wine from the Valley of the Muses, with amazing value for money. Its juicy fruit, freshness and delicious aftertaste bring it to our daily table next to all seafood and vegetable dishes.
