    Assyrtiko is supplemented with a little Athiri and Aidani, the grapes are dried for 10-15 days under the hot sun of Santorini, they are 'pressed' during midday hours to more easily extract the concentrated, sugary, juice and then ferment for several months before moving to the big black-old wooden casks to age. The result is a mind-blowingly sweet wine with flavors and aromas that remain unforgettable for months.

    A landmark wine for Nemea and one of the top expressions of Agiorgitiko. The incredible concentration, the refined tannins, the richness, the acidity and the ability to age for many years are just some of his gifts. It comes from privately owned vineyards older than 60 years and bears the signature of one of the oldest wineries of Nemea, the Mitravela Estate.
