Two excellent Aegean red varieties, Mavrotragano and Mandilaria, combine very nicely in a rosé wine full of vitality and fruity aromas. The Santorinian terroir endows the wine with minerality, lively acidity and brings it next to many different dishes of the Mediterranean cuisine.

Interesting white wine from Xinomavro. All flavors one expects from Xinomavro in this white wine with medium body and noticeable acidity.

The relatively difficult to varietal wine Kotsifali here gives us an excellent and award winning wine red with sheens, aromas of red fruit and jam, subtle tannins and good acidity, rich but gentle flavor and good taste.
