Dimitris Mansolas and Maria Tamiolaki, two excellent winemakers, created Hetero Wines in 2018 with the aim of producing ‘diverse’ wines from various regions of Greece. Here we have a rare combination of two great indigenous varieties, grown in the plain of Domokos and kneaded with native yeasts. The tannic character of Xinomavro is tamed with just 8% Assyrtiko, with the acidity of both varieties being at high levels, while at the same time the wine impresses with the intensity and freshness of the fruit.

The classic and original concepts, redefined the modern world and acquire special value again. The Cava Boutari lacks the dimension of trendy wines have 'invaded' the market, however our 'reminds' that the temporal character and standard value, can it safe to constitute a guarantee, for complete enjoyment.

So is the prayers that accompany the wine, which has gathered over it, all the good in the world. It comes from a fantastic terroir, the people who built their talent left over, the three varieties of tied together perfectly, while the price would make much more expensive competitors to 'blush'. Deep ruby color, complex aroma that combines spicy notes with mature and dried red fruits like red current and cassis. Ripe dried red currants and cassis on the palate, full-bodied, with ripe and integrated tannins, excellent balance with an aromatic and lingering aftertaste at the end.

An exuberant red wine from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Xinomavro with rich aromas of black fruit and vanilla. A great wine with long aging potential.
