A great greek wine from Evia which comes to your glass only by a very limited number of bottles per vintage.

The wine matures for several months in oak barrels and having acquired extra complexity comes to our table to take off any meat-eating meal. But it is also one of the wines that can evolve in the bottle for years and reward us for our patience.
