Dimitris Mansolas and Maria Tamiolaki, two excellent winemakers, created Hetero Wines in 2018 with the aim of producing ‘diverse’ wines from various regions of Greece. Here we have a rare combination of two great indigenous varieties, grown in the plain of Domokos and kneaded with native yeasts. The tannic character of Xinomavro is tamed with just 8% Assyrtiko, with the acidity of both varieties being at high levels, while at the same time the wine impresses with the intensity and freshness of the fruit.

One of the most famous and sought-after Syrahs on the greek market. Its color is dense. Its aroma is intense with dominant black fruits, spices and chocolate. Full, tannic and delightfully peppery in the mouth, it will skilfully accompany any spicy dish of greek or any cuisine.

Named after the daughter of producer Alexandra Manousakis, and invites us to open it up to accompany everyday kreatofagikous appetizers with friends.
