Name and label mentioning, would dare to say copy, top French chateau. Fortunately the 'straight' report continues to blend varieties of Cabernet Franc and Merlot, but also top quality wine, that is certainly the closest in style to the right bank of Bordeaux, has the Greek vineyard. If not try it we could not believe it!
Average volume + purple color. Warm, slightly alcoholic nose, balanced however with concentrated aromas of ripe fruits such as plum, with the new barrel has an elegant presence and sweet spices reminiscent mostly vanilla and licorice. Dry mouth with moderate acidity, silky tannins, high quality mouth, surrounded by lush fruit levels and full body. The barrel makes his presence felt but the fruit supports and helps the wine shows perfectly balanced even at this young stage. The aftertaste has a length and complexity. The time ally at least the next 5 years.

| Producer's Description | Dark crimson. The Cabernet Franc is definitely showing its presence in fragrant dark red fruit and a note of graphite, spice too. There’s sweet oak too and a touch of vanilla. Terrific depth on the palate, and firm, dense but powder-fine tannins are smooth but compact and finish nicely dry. Concentrated but not heavy or aggressive. Plenty of dark fruit on the palate and good length. Needs time for the oak to recede and for everything to Πrelax a bit but there’s fine fruit and impressive depth and fruit purity. Lots more to come, hence the plus. (JH) |
