A wonderful and 'dobro' rosé wine from Tinos, where two rare red varieties are masterfully combined, Mavrotragano and Augoustiatis, giving us generous notes of coolness and fruity flavors. The wine comes from vineyards at an altitude of 400 - 450 meters, with low acreage yields, ferments with native yeasts and matures on its mud for two months acquiring an unusually philosophical character for rosé wine!
Its color is soft salmon. Its aroma is multidimensional with flowers, sour cherries, strawberries, caramel and mineral elements. In the mouth it is juicy with sour cherries and strawberries taking their ripe form, acidity and alcohol in perfect balance and a long buttery aftertaste leaving the best impressions. It is definitely one of the rosés that we should not necessarily drink a few months after the harvest but we can keep it for 2-3 years and enjoy its mature character.
