A wonderful expression of Savvatiano, produced from old vineyards in the area of Plataea, at the foot of Kithairon mountain. Intense and juicy fruit, creamy texture and harmonious acidity in an expressive wine that gives another dimension to this humble but with many possibilities variety.
Bright straw yellow colour. In its aromatic synthesis, kernels and exotic fruits such as peach and melon, with citrus reminiscent of kumquat. Some notes of juniper and white flowers complete the complex profile. The taste is balanced, with the fruity elements dominating and leaving a nice and perfumed aftertaste.
