Sideritis is a native, grey variety of the Peloponnese, which resists its disappearance through the efforts of producers such as the Achaean winery. A very nice expression of the variety, which could define the concept of "easy wine". Freshness, fruit and delicacy! That it is all it takes to place a wine on our daily table.
Its color is light lemon-green. Its fragrance is pleasant with lemongrass, grapefruit and pear being complemented by dough notes and bubble gum. The mouth has a moderate body, zesty acidity and an oily aftertaste, while citruses are well noted along with the company of tropical fruits like melon.
