Two Greek varieties, Assyrtiko and Agiorgitiko correspond to four ways of winemaking. Lantides Estate enlists oak barrels, ceramic amphorae, concrete and stainless steel tanks and transforms ERGO rosé into a gastronomic, complex wine that promises attractive aromas and a rich palate.

When Agiorgitiko meets Syrah and Grenache Rouge, the fruit comes from old vineyards, the work done in the vineyards is meticulous and the care in the winery is zealous, then we are definitely talking about an excellent rosé wine.

Agiorgitiko is proven to produce irresistible rosé wines! And when it comes from mountain vineyards found in the mountainous Corinthia and bears the signature of Strofilia, then we are definitely talking about a rosé that steals the show. Cool, mind-blowing but at the same time elegant rosé that 'travels'.

Saint Modesto is the newest creation of the Barafaka estate, whose wines are distinguished for their extroversion and expressive aromas. Its name is inspired by the church of Agios Modestos, located at the entrance of the winery. It is a very versatile wine, as it can be consumed as an aperitif but also to accompany delicious dishes of Mediterranean and Asian cuisine.

Three indigenous varieties, Agiorgitiko, Limniona and Mavroudi wear their extroverted costume and give us a luscious rosé wine with very nice aromas of fruits and flowers and a refreshing taste. A wine that can stand with equal ease on the everyday as well as on a festive table. It is also very pleasant as an aperitif.

Syrah and Agiorgitiko, which come from the privately owned vineyards of the Pavlidis Estate in Drama, are wonderfully married to a rosé wine that pulsates with liveliness and fresh fruit. A wine ideal both for the summer months and for winter occasional nights.

Grenache Rouge, Syrah and Agiorgitiko varieties make up the first rosé of the highly promising Akrathos winery which, as another orator, eloquently speaks of Halkidiki's dynamism in delectable rosés. Rich in fruit aromas, elegant with cool acidity, able to be combined with both Mediterranean recipes and international cuisines.

Yannis Tselepos produces for many years one of the best Greek white sparkling wines, the Amalia. The new proposal is a delicious sparkling rosé wine produced by the method of Champagne and the most popular red variety of the Peloponnese, Agiorgitiko. Freshness and fruit aromas flood our palate from the very first sip!

Markou Vineyards sign an excellent composition of varieties for a rosé wine. Agiorgitiko takes the lead at 60%, followed by Syrah at 35%, while Assyrtiko contributes its fine strength at just 5%. The low yields in the vineyard, and the care, always with precisionnin the winemaking, give a velvety and at the same time deliciously aromatic result.
