George Karamitros, using the Charmat method, creates an unusual rosé sparkling wine from the rare Limniona variety in its special homeland, Karditsa. As a variety, it demonstrates aristocratic elegance in mild rosé and red wines. The same happens in a sparkling wine with a distinct grace that is capable of converting and proving the opposite to any "snob" of wine.

A very tasty rosé with a spicy taste and pleasant aromas of red fruits deriving from a very original combination of varieties, the white Malagouzia and the red Mandilaria and Grenache Rouge. It fits with the same ease both on the everyday and on the most festive table.

Its color is light pink. Its aroma is dominated by fresh red fruits such as cherry and strawberry along with hints of arbaroriza and butter caramel. In the mouth it is very cool and lively with the fruity flavors besieging the palate and leaving a very pleasant aftertaste.

Three indigenous varieties, Agiorgitiko, Limniona and Mavroudi wear their extroverted costume and give us a luscious rosé wine with very nice aromas of fruits and flowers and a refreshing taste. A wine that can stand with equal ease on the everyday as well as on a festive table. It is also very pleasant as an aperitif.

Two excellent Aegean red varieties, Mavrotragano and Mandilaria, combine very nicely in a rosé wine full of vitality and fruity aromas. The Santorinian terroir endows the wine with minerality, lively acidity and brings it next to many different dishes of the Mediterranean cuisine.
