The Manousaki winery brings to our glasses an unexpectedly delicious and fresh white organic wine, utilizing a red Cretan variety, Romeiko, and manages to draw our attention to a grape that until now was difficult to come to the fore.

Wonderful combination of the popular Sauvignon Blanc with the rare Wash in a wine that pulsates with liveliness with fresh fruity aromas and flavors and irresistible taste. A wine from Crete that unlocks the gifts of both varieties, offering us endless moments of enjoyment.

Two local winemakers, Manolis Vavoulas and Nikos Gryllis, put Lipsi on the wine map of Greece when in 2013 they joined forces and created the Lipsi winery with the aim of producing wines that match and highlight their place. Here we have a white wine from three predominantly Aegean varieties, the red Fokiano (followed by white vinification) and the white Assyrtiko and Athiri, which stands out both for its charming fruity profile and its cool and delicious taste.
