The Gentilini winery introduces us to the rare but dynamic duo of Kefalonia, made from the red Mavrodaphni and the white Vostylidi. Tied from the beginning of vinification and with a 12-month stay in a new American barrique, they offer us the finesse and complexity of the Kefalonian character.

Two excellent Aegean red varieties, Mavrotragano and Mandilaria, combine very nicely in a rosé wine full of vitality and fruity aromas. The Santorinian terroir endows the wine with minerality, lively acidity and brings it next to many different dishes of the Mediterranean cuisine.

Elegant "barrel-style" white wine, from Assyrtiko and Chardonnay, two varieties that acquire a particularly complex character from the vinification and aging in acacia barrels. The wine is signed by two renowned oenologists, Andreas Pantos and Pavlos Argyropoulos, who create excellent wines in Kolindros of Pieria, an emerging 'wine' region.
