This unique combination of grapes, which carries all the gifts of the arid Santorini land, bring to our glass an Aegean aura through a wine that remains unforgettable.

PDO Paros is the only Protected Designation of Origin zone, where red and white grapes can be mixed to produce red wines. The exuberant Mandilaria, grown in the barren vineyards of the island, is blended and tainted by the white Monemvasia, in a very cool and juicy red wine, with velvety tannins and very good value for money.
