The Lamp manages to express the exuberant , rich and velvety character that gives the Vidiano mouth , combined with aromas of ripe stone fruit and flowers, which give it something of the charm of a Viognier.

The Efrosyne Winery gladdens hearts with an excellent white that perfectly successfully marries Vidiano with Chardonnay. The varieties are typically expressed and coexist in perfect harmony maturing for 6 months in French oak barrels. The result is an excellent, rich white with a pleasant aromatic character and full flavor. The wine takes its name from the wisdom (Sophia) needed to produce a quality wine.
