Fresh expression of the rare Mavrokountoura bottled in Plagies Gerakion rose. It is best described as nuanced and dense aromatically with very crisp, fresh red fruit both on the nose and palate. Dried meditteranean herbs keep us intrigued as the refreshing acidity keeps the flavours in high spirit through a delightful finish.

Two Greek varieties, Assyrtiko and Agiorgitiko correspond to four ways of winemaking. Lantides Estate enlists oak barrels, ceramic amphorae, concrete and stainless steel tanks and transforms ERGO rosé into a gastronomic, complex wine that promises attractive aromas and a rich palate.

One of the few rosé labels based Moschofilero, this wine stands out for its aromaticity and freshness. This year's wine contains a "drop" Agiorgitiko, and this gives it a more "serious" dimension, but it deprives the playful, floral character.

Two of the most important varieties in the country, are combined and bring to our glasses a very enjoyable and special organic rosé wine of limited production. The white Assyrtiko and the red Xinomavro in a ratio of 60/40, ferment with the native yeasts and mature for a few months in oak barrels of 500 liters in the presence of the fine lees. Intense but at the same time elegant aroma that combines characteristics of both varieties.

When Agiorgitiko meets Syrah and Grenache Rouge, the fruit comes from old vineyards, the work done in the vineyards is meticulous and the care in the winery is zealous, then we are definitely talking about an excellent rosé wine.

Wonderful and incredibly elegant rosé wine from the great terroir of Santorini with the signature of Apostolos Mountricha who highlights the kind aspect of Malndilaria and marries it with the extroverted Aidani. This unique combination of grapes, which carries all the gifts of the arid Santorini land, bring to our glass an Aegean aura through a wine that remains unforgettable.

From those wines that justifiably do not produce a whole year due to demand, and is produced from a peculiar combination of varieties that give it aromas of red fruit in a ripe- "sweet" version. A suspicion of sweetness in the mouth combined with a refreshing acidity and a long fruity aftertaste make it irresistible on its own or in combination with a delicious pasta.

Three indigenous varieties, Agiorgitiko, Limniona and Mavroudi wear their extroverted costume and give us a luscious rosé wine with very nice aromas of fruits and flowers and a refreshing taste. A wine that can stand with equal ease on the everyday as well as on a festive table. It is also very pleasant as an aperitif.

We know that Xinomavro in Amyndeo can give refreshing and very pleasant rosé wines, let alone when it bears the signature of the Estate Kir-Yianni. Here we have the second tranquil and dry rosé wine from the Estate, where excellent grapes from old vineyards at an altitude of 600 meters are selected for its production.

To undisputed "star" of the report "Froth and Bubbles 2011": A Blanc de Noir sparkling wine from the 'cold' Amyntaio and top Xinomavro that 'seals' in the bottle, the passion, the need for creativity, but also the fascination of discovery, which dominates the Dutch-with Greek roots-winemaker Laurens Hartman.

A beautiful and extremely popular rosé. It arises from the variety Syrah, so it is characterized by spicy aromas in the nose and mouth. This is a rosé with a great range of food flavor combinations.

Wonderful and very special expression of Moschofileros that raises the variety to many levels. 100 is the days the marcs are left to come in contact with the must, giving an almost red wine with strong aromas of rose petals and jam and soft tannins. Its complex structure makes it ideal to accompany dishes that traditionally go well with red wines.

Syrah and Agiorgitiko, which come from the privately owned vineyards of the Pavlidis Estate in Drama, are wonderfully married to a rosé wine that pulsates with liveliness and fresh fruit. A wine ideal both for the summer months and for winter occasional nights.

Its color is very pale pink. Its aroma is extroverted, with tropical fruits such as passion fruit and mango smoothing out red fruits such as cherries and cranberries, with some hints of sweet spices and flowers in the background. The mouth is lively, with a noticeable acidity and enough body and the tropical flavors to impress and leave a long aftertaste.
