Cuvee Lantides 2018
Dry, Still, Red, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Agiorgitiko, Ages well, 14% alc.
€20.10 As low as €18.49Aged red wine for winter meat eaters. Beautiful complex in nose and mouth, keeps tight tannins despite its age, while ripe aromas impart a course that leads to enjoyable and long aftertaste. -
Semeli Nemea Grand Reserve 2019
Dry, Still, Red, Agiorgitiko, Ages well, 13,5% alc.
€22.90 As low as €21.07Semeli is one of the most historic wineries of Nemea and the Grande Reserve is its most premium Agiorgitiko. Produced from the privately owned vines in Koutsi at an altitude of 650, it is aged for 18 months in new oak barrels and matures for at least 24 months in the bottle. A great Νemea with a great ageing potential that combines the ripe elements and the freshness of the fruit very nicely. -
Estate Papaioannou - Old vines 2015
Dry, Still, Red, Agiorgitiko, Ages well, 13.5% alc.
€21.00 As low as €18.90Top Nemea red wine, from Thanasis Papaioannou, multi-awarded Nemea winemaker and pioneer in this region. Rich "honeyed" aromas of red fruits, spicy touches and strong tannins make up a very quality and highly enjoyable red wine. -
Monopati 2021
Dry, Still, Red, Agiorgitiko, Ages well, 14% alc.
€24.80Distinct and serious, but still a crowd-pleasing modern red wine, with deep color, red fruit aromas and sweet spices. Aivalis is one of the most idiosynchratic Nemean producers and Monopati is a top-example of Agiorgitiko, very difficult not to like. -
Classic 35 2020
Dry, Still, Red, Syrah, Agiorgitiko, Ages well
€22.90 As low as €21.07The vineyards on the plateau of Stymfalia in mountainous Corinth give amazing fruit and an exuberant wine, where Agiorgitiko puts its extroversion and fruity character and Cabernet Sauvignon the strength and structure. The wine matures for several months in oak barrels and having acquired extra complexity comes to our table to take off any meat-eating meal. But it is also one of the wines that can evolve in the bottle for years and reward us for our patience. -
Domaine Katsaros - Red 2020
Dry, Still, Red, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Agiorgitiko, Ages well, 14% alc.
€24.20One of the very high quality greek reds that improve year after year. A velvety feel, correct tannic structure and an ideal finish make it a favourite among fanatical red drinkers. -
Chateau Julia - Agiorgitiko 2021
Dry, Still, Red, Agiorgitiko, Ages well
€21.70Agiorgitiko may have been associated with the Peloponnese, but this Northern Helladic expression proves that it can produce excellent results in other regions of the country as well. With this wonderfully fruity, rich and velvety wine, Costa Lazaridis Estate provides a very interesting alternative to the PDO wines of Nemea.
