The Cretan Liatiko is native variety and the wine has this traditional character. Bright red color with a characteristic aroma of fruit in full maturity. Velvety texture, soft and balanced.

Grapes from old vineyards in Dafnes, aging for 18 months in French oak and resting in the bottle for 30 months result in an exuberant and delightful red that takes Cretan reds to another level.

Very interesting blend of the Cretan varieties Kotsifali, Liatiko with international Merlot from Silva Daskalakis winery. Ripe aromas of cherry and sour cherry nose almost form jam lead to a rich mouth with soft tannins. Without having the intensity of Instinct, Psithiros gives enjoyment and an excellent value for money.
