Organically grown grapes, indigenous yeasts, minimal intervention philosophy in the winery and a wonderful expression of the uniqueness of the island's terroir.

    The terroir of Santorini is present in all the varieties of the island! The wonderful Katsano of Giorgos Gavalas, a multi-year and persistent effort of the winemaker has given the wine of the same name a wonderful yellow color, aromas of honey and lemon but also of apricot, matching acidity and a long, very pleasant aftertaste.
