A Vinsanto that has been aged for at least 16 years in the cellars of the Argyros Estate in Santorini with unimaginable complexity and very nicely balanced sweetness that comes from vines of over 200 years old. Two local winemakers, Manolis Vavoulas and Nikos Gryllis, put Lipsi on the wine map of Greece when in 2013 they joined forces and created the Lipsi winery with the aim of producing wines that match and highlight their place. Here we have a white wine from three predominantly Aegean varieties, the red Fokiano (followed by white vinification) and the white Assyrtiko and Athiri, which stands out both for its charming fruity profile and its cool and delicious taste.
