An amazing expression of Savatiano from old vines in the area of ​​Plataea in Boeotia. The juice of the grapes ferments with the wild yeasts and gives a complex culinary wine with concentrated fruit, fatty taste and harmonious acidity that is very suitable for the dishes of the Greek cuisine and not only.

A refined expression of Sauvignon Blanc from the privately owned mountain vineyards of Strofilia in Asprokampos, Corinth, with a charming exotic aroma and cool acidity. A wine with exemplary use of acacia barrels, whose aromas subtly accompany the wonderful fruity and herbal elements of the variety.

An ‘orange’ and ‘natural’ wine from Roditi with the signature of Nikos Karatzas, which raises the bar of wines of this style very high. The grapes come from old vineyards and are picked bit by bit. The fermentation is done with the native doughs in a clay amphora and the juice ferments and remains with the marcs for 30 days, acquiring a deep color but also rich and intensely aromatic and tasty characteristics. It then matures for 6 months with the wine sludge in the amphorae. No additions are made, while all work is done manually. This is an exciting gastronomic wine and definitely a suggestion that will make you love wines of this style.

Biblia Chora Estate and its creators Vangelis Gerovassiliou and Vassilis Tsaktsarlis decided to 'spread' to southern Greece. Their new acquisition is Kokkalis Skafidia Estate of Ilia, which has produced so far two red wines. In their first white they invest in the most acclaimed white variety of the Greek vineyard, Assyrtiko and in one of the most emerging, Kydonitsa.
