Dry, Still, White, Assyrtiko, Keep for 2-3 years, 13.5% alc.
€37.20 As low as €34.22The Gaia Nychteri takes our favorite Santorini Assyrtiko to a whole new level. The salty, zesty aromatic character of the variety and the sharp acidity are dressed by a spicy soft veil from the oak ageing. Each bottle begs for special grilled seafood delicacies to make the perfect scene. -
Sigalas - Aidani 2022
Dry, Still, White, Aidani, Keep for 2-3 years, 13% alc.
€24.80 As low as €22.82Walking in trackless, almost unexplored paths, since rarely encountered as Aidani varietal wine, the feeling that every corner of the Greek vineyard offers opportunities for great winemaking discoveries. Featuring some of the oryktotita of Assyrtiko, plant cues, and generous amounts of fruit, makes us wonder what other surprises may hold the magical terroir of Santorini. -
Hatzidakis - Santorini Familia 2023
Dry, Still, White, Assyrtiko, Ages well, 13.5% alc.
€32.60 As low as €29.99Αναμένεται νέα σοδειά Αρχές Απριλίου του 2024Santorini Familia Hatzidakis, with its lemony, mineral, yet friendly character, faithfully captures the inexhaustible dynamic of the Santorini Terroir, which is why it is one of the most beloved labels produced on the island. If you try it with your eyes closed, you are very likely to feel the saltiness of the Aegean and the wild beauty of the windswept vines of beautiful Santorini. Even the most 'simple' label of Hatzidakis winery, made from 100% Assyrtiko, is a great wine that can age for many years. -
Chatzivaryti - Ni 2022
Dry, Still, Orange, Malagouzia, Roditis, Keep for 2-3 years
€24.20Chloe Hadjivaryti, a young talented winemaker puts her stamp on the new wines of the homonymous winery, which are vinified with minimal interventions. Ni is one of the three organic ‘natural approach’ wines of the minimus series. A combination of Assyrtikos and Roditis that are kneaded with the native doughs in clay amphorae, in contact with the marcs and are bottled without clarification and filtration. An ‘orange’ type wine with very nice ripe fruit and rich mouth.
