The Papas vineyard in Megalochori with vines aged 150+ years, gives a rare and majestic wine from Assyrtiko that raises the status of Santorini wines even higher. The excellent raw material and maturation for 22 months in a stainless steel tank, 2 months in an oak tank and for another year in the bottle, give the wine amazing structure and intensity, clearly expressing the characteristics of this unique terroir.

Pithari 6 is one of the amphorae used for the 'Tria Ampelia 2021' wine which comes from a single vineyard over 60 years old. Fermented with indigenous yeasts, leaving some residual sugars and matured for 16 months.
