Fresh, fun and refreshing, the Iliostalachtos is a wine with great potential flavor combinations and enjoyment.

Its color is light lemon. Its aroma is full of life with fresh green fruits such as apple and pear, citrus, peach and essential notes of white flowers. The Michailidis Estate introduces with Pyli a wonderful blend of white varieties that highlight the magic of the land of Drama. The wonderful balance of freshness and volume with the fruit in the foreground sketches a white wine made to match... everything!

Two local winemakers, Manolis Vavoulas and Nikos Gryllis, put Lipsi on the wine map of Greece when in 2013 they joined forces and created the Lipsi winery with the aim of producing wines that match and highlight their place.
