But we must recommend you an Assyrtiko from the unique terroir of Egialia from vineyards at an altitude of 750 - 900 meters and the talented Theodora Rouvalis. An amazing wine that combines both the strict characteristics of the grape and the charming and fresh aromas that are favored by the high altitude and the influence of the sea. It is an expression of the variety that should be enjoyed by the fans of Assyrtiko but also by those who do not particularly like it because they will change their mind.

Its aroma is intense and expressive with bergamot and peach dominating and embracing with notes of herbs, pepper and white flowers. The taste is delicious and fruity, the acidity balanced and the aftertaste spicy.

The talented Nikos Karatzas, founder of Oenops, tours all over Greece and creates wines from different terroir and varieties. This time it 'stops' in Limniona, one of the most rising Greek varieties and in Thessaly. 80% of the wine fermented and aged in clay amphoras, while the rest in large barrels. The result is an excellent wine with purity of fruit and baccarat, but in limited quantity!

Pleasant and elegant aromas, liveliness and nerve in a refreshing wine that will accompany wonderfully anything that comes out of the sea and more. It is a certified vegan wine.

Excellent Assyrtiko from Thrace and specifically Abdera, which combines the friendly character of the variety when not grown in volcanic soils with the mineral character of Santorini. A wine that Ktima vourvoukeli gave him the time to evolve into a bottle and come to our glass having brought out all the characteristics that wine lovers all over the world have loved in this charismatic grape.

A Single vineyard Chardonnay from the brand new Navitas winery of Maria Dimitriadis, located in Litochoro overlooking the 52 peaks of Olympus. A wonderful expression of the variety with crunchy acidity and intense character of citrus that brings to mind great wines from the cold Chablis. It is a certified vegan wine.

An amazing expression of Vidianos with an attractive fruity character, round and elegant taste but also duration, which can accompany all dishes with white sauces, whether based on seafood, vegetables or meat.

Chloe Hadjivaryti, a young talented winemaker puts her stamp on the new wines of the homonymous winery, which are vinified with minimal interventions. Ni is one of the three organic ‘natural approach’ wines of the minimus series. A combination of Assyrtikos and Roditis that are kneaded with the native doughs in clay amphorae, in contact with the marcs and are bottled without clarification and filtration. An ‘orange’ type wine with very nice ripe fruit and rich mouth.

The Michailidis Estate introduces with Pyli a wonderful blend of white varieties that highlight the magic of the land of Drama. The wonderful balance of freshness and volume with the fruit in the foreground sketches a white wine made to match... everything!

At winery Vourvoukeli they invest in the indigenous varieties, trying to revive the historical vineyard of the area and to put the area back on the wine map of Greece. Pamidi is one of the red varieties of Thrace that is used especially in recent years, giving very interesting wines such as this rosé version from Abdera with its bright fruit and charming character. It is a wine that suits all hours of the day and all seasons.
