Asyrtiko makes wonders not only in the volcanic soils of Santorini, but also in cold areas such as Amynteo and at high altitudes. In 2004, Kyri Yianni Estate planted Asyrtiko on the hill of Samaropetra at an altitude of 700 meters and the result justifies that decision! An excellent wine and worthy of the reputation of the variety, kneading into new oak barrels where it remains for maturing for 8 months, acquiring a very complex character.

Elegant "barrel-style" white wine, from Assyrtiko and Chardonnay, two varieties that acquire a particularly complex character from the vinification and aging in acacia barrels. The wine is signed by two renowned oenologists, Andreas Pantos and Pavlos Argyropoulos, who create excellent wines in Kolindros of Pieria, an emerging 'wine' region.

A Single vineyard Chardonnay from the brand new Navitas winery of Maria Dimitriadis, located in Litochoro overlooking the 52 peaks of Olympus. A wonderful expression of the variety with crunchy acidity and intense character of citrus that brings to mind great wines from the cold Chablis. It is a certified vegan wine.
