The white Assyrtiko and the red Xinomavro in a ratio of 60/40, ferment with the native yeasts and mature for a few months in oak barrels of 500 liters in the presence of the fine lees. Intense but at the same time elegant aroma that combines characteristics of both varieties.

Winemaker Yannis Lambrou chooses classic red vinification techiques to produce red Methymnaeos, the most 'conventional' of his three wines. An ‘orange’ and ‘natural’ wine from Roditi with the signature of Nikos Karatzas, which raises the bar of wines of this style very high. The grapes come from old vineyards and are picked bit by bit. The fermentation is done with the native doughs in a clay amphora and the juice ferments and remains with the marcs for 30 days, acquiring a deep color but also rich and intensely aromatic and tasty characteristics. It then matures for 6 months with the wine sludge in the amphorae. No additions are made, while all work is done manually. This is an exciting gastronomic wine and definitely a suggestion that will make you love wines of this style.

White wine from 100% white priknadi (prekniariko) a Greek variety of Northern and Central Greece. Wonderful, aromatic wine with a round mouth and a strong aftertaste.

It is a given that Syrah fits into the Greek vineyard and you will find it by tasting this tasty expression of variety. Exquisite fruit comes from the privately owned vineyard Drisbee, located on the southeastern outskirts of Mount Knimis and ripened for 12 months in oak barrels, expressing all the wonderful characteristics of this popular grape.
