Here we have a rare combination of two great indigenous varieties, grown in the plain of Domokos and kneaded with native yeasts. The tannic character of Xinomavro is tamed with just 8% Assyrtiko, with the acidity of both varieties being at high levels, while at the same time the wine impresses with the intensity and freshness of the fruit.
