Towards the end of the grape harvest, the harvesters pass by and slightly crush the stems of the grapes, causing them to gradually overconcentrate sugars and flavour! A Syrah in the superlative degree. Place it next to a Black Forest cake or a rich bitter chocolate for an unforgettable experience.
