Its color is light lemon. Its aroma is full of life with fresh green fruits such as apple and pear, citrus, peach and essential notes of white flowers. In the mouth it is relatively rich in acidity that gives incredible freshness, the flavors of the fruit dominate, some soft notes of vanilla make their appearance while its aftertaste is long.

The Goustolidi was born in the Ionian Sea. It grew up in Zakynthos. In the hands of the Grampsas brothers, the rare variety Goustolidi shows that it i can stand on its own and rebirth its history. A pleasant suprise from a wellbalanced wine in the mouth.

Its color is light pink. Its aroma is dominated by fresh red fruits such as cherry and strawberry along with hints of arbaroriza and butter caramel. In the mouth it is very cool and lively with the fruity flavors besieging the palate and leaving a very pleasant aftertaste.

Two local winemakers, Manolis Vavoulas and Nikos Gryllis, put Lipsi on the wine map of Greece when in 2013 they joined forces and created the Lipsi winery with the aim of producing wines that match and highlight their place.
