Dry, Still, White, Athiri, Assyrtiko, Fokiano, Drink it now
€13.60Two local winemakers, Manolis Vavoulas and Nikos Gryllis, put Lipsi on the wine map of Greece when in 2013 they joined forces and created the Lipsi winery with the aim of producing wines that match and highlight their place. Here we have a white wine from three predominantly Aegean varieties, the red Fokiano (followed by white vinification) and the white Assyrtiko and Athiri, which stands out both for its charming fruity profile and its cool and delicious taste.
