Kydonitsa, a rare variety in the Peloponnese, evolves into a fine grape yielding delicious and cool wines with a Mediterranean profile. The Lexis line of Zacharia winery is enriched with a single vineyard wine from a great variety of the Peloponnese, Kidonitsa. A very nice barrel expression of this grape that proves that the oak goes very well. The exemplary use of the barrel has highlighted the fruit, with the distinctive elements of vanilla and butter giving it complexity and oiliness.
