    Chloe Hadjivaryti, a young talented winemaker puts her stamp on the new wines of the homonymous winery, which are vinified with minimal interventions. Ni is one of the three organic ‘natural approach’ wines of the minimus series. A combination of Assyrtikos and Roditis that are kneaded with the native doughs in clay amphorae, in contact with the marcs and are bottled without clarification and filtration. An ‘orange’ type wine with very nice ripe fruit and rich mouth.
