Featuring some of the oryktotita of Assyrtiko, plant cues, and generous amounts of fruit, makes us wonder what other surprises may hold the magical terroir of Santorini.

An interesting sophisticated white wine, made with passion and inspiration by Haridimos Hatzidakis. It is deep on the eye (golden yellow color) and on the nose, with strong herbal aromatic elements and honeysuckle notes, but also a rich body and accentuated acidity in the mouth.
