The slow distillation immediately after fermentation and the second, equally slow distillation that follows, offer great flavor richness and multi-layered aroma potential. With an approach similar to Italian grappa, this spirit exhibits complexity, finesse and elegance. This spirit is the result of the long experience of Thanasis Parparousis.
