George Gavalas next to Assyrtiko devotes much of his effort to reviving forgotten varieties of the Thera vineyard that in the last century exceeded 100 on the island of Santorini. Markou Vineyards sign an excellent composition of varieties for a rosé wine. Agiorgitiko takes the lead at 60%, followed by Syrah at 35%, while Assyrtiko contributes its fine strength at just 5%.
