From a vineyard in Pyrgos, called Louri Platia, with vines older than 150 years, an amazing Santorini is produced that matures for almost a year on its fine lees, acquiring an extremely complex aromatic and tasty profile. Another wine from the winery of Artemis Karamolegos, an ode to Assyrtiko in Santorini, which wins rave reviews and great distinctions from all over the wine world.

Terrasea is the first PDO Santorini wine produced exclusively from Assyrtiko planted in Thirasia island. Behind it are Vangelis Gerovasileiou and Vassilis Tsaktsarlis, who join forces with Ioanna Vamvakouris, having extensive experience in the vinification of Assyrtikos in Santorini. The vineyard, grown organically, is constantly expanding and we expect to see exciting wines as you will find out once you taste Terrasea.

Nikos Douloufakis, through the white Dafnios, one of the most value for money wines of the Greek vineyard, was the one who proved that the Vidiano variety can age and evolve very nicely over time. Here we have a vertical 4 year old wine in a beautiful case that is an ideal gift for anyone who wants to explore the possibilities of the most popular Cretan variety.

The new generation of the Hatzidakis winery does not stop its creation path by introducing a special single vineyard Santorini from 100% Assyrtiko that matures on its part with fine wine lees for 12 months while 30% rests in French oak barrels. Ariadni Hatzidaki designs the label while there are only 1700 bottles.

Kavalieros is one of the purest expressions of Santorini's Assyrtiko. Harvested from a single vineyard that was often referred as of superior quality when comparing it with other vineyards in Santorini it ages for 18 months of the fine lees. It effortlessly brings the raw vocanic terroir to our glasses.
