Lawrence Hartman makes excellent white and red wines in the boutique winery in Amyntaio, but rightly bears the title of specialist in sparkling. The third series of the hit in the category of sparkling wines made with the traditional method, combines Assyrtiko and Xinomavro in proportion 60-40 and characterized by tremendous freshness, intensity and elegance.

Reminiscent of top white Bordeaux from Graves, Ovilos is an outstanding barrel-fermented blend of Semillon and Assyrtiko grapes, with layers of complexity, spicy fruitiness and long ageing potential.

Haridimos Hatzidakis undoubtedly left his mark on Santorini, contributing significantly to its emergence as a very important wine-producing region. Large red wine, which carries all the grace of the Rhone wine tradition, a source of inspiration for this blend Vangelis Gerovassiliou. Velvety, perfectly structured, exudes elegance in every sip and every time companion culinary wellbeing.

The Anhydrous by Apostolos Mountrichas brings a new look to the performance of the majestic terroir of Santorini. Its unique talents, created by the earth, the volcano and the sea breeze are exceptionally reflected, with the fruit meeting the smoky minerality and the incredible levels of acidity under a solid structure.

A wonderful and 'dobro' rosé wine from Tinos, where two rare red varieties are masterfully combined, Mavrotragano and Augoustiatis, giving us generous notes of coolness and fruity flavors. The wine comes from vineyards at an altitude of 400 - 450 meters, with low acreage yields, ferments with native yeasts and matures on its mud for two months acquiring an unusually philosophical character for rosé wine!
