Assyrtiko is the white variety that tends to become the "flagship" of greek wine abroad. Dimitris Mansolas and Maria Tamiolaki, two excellent winemakers, created Hetero Wines in 2018 with the aim of producing ‘diverse’ wines from various regions of Greece. Here we have a rare combination of two great indigenous varieties, grown in the plain of Domokos and kneaded with native yeasts. The tannic character of Xinomavro is tamed with just 8% Assyrtiko, with the acidity of both varieties being at high levels, while at the same time the wine impresses with the intensity and freshness of the fruit.

An interesting sophisticated white wine, made with passion and inspiration by Haridimos Hatzidakis. It is deep on the eye (golden yellow color) and on the nose, with strong herbal aromatic elements and honeysuckle notes, but also a rich body and accentuated acidity in the mouth.
