    Its color is light gold with several green highlights. Its aroma is complex, with citrus like lemon and grapefruit and mineral elements dominating followed by peach and almond notes. In the mouth it is rich with the characteristic crisp acidity creating waves of freshness, appreciable saltiness, some honeyed touches make their appearance, while the aftertaste has an incredible duration. Undoubtedly a 'big' white wine that has the structure to evolve for at least a decade.

    Gentle nose full of minerality and the characteristic, for Assyrtiko of Santorini, flint. Notes of ripe stone fruit and tart citrus. Mouth rich, exuberant with finesse and razor sharp acidity. Long aftertaste with saltiness and minerality. Decanting into a carafe is recommended to allow the wine to breathe and open up in order to bring out its complex character.
