It is a monovarietal distillate of the indigenous Mavrodaphne variety. The slow distillation immediately after fermentation and the second, equally slow distillation that follows, offer great flavor richness and multi-layered aroma potential. With an approach similar to Italian grappa, this spirit exhibits complexity, finesse and elegance. This spirit is the result of the long experience of Thanasis Parparousis.

Aged tsipouro from Hamburg Muscat, with notes of rose, cocoa and vanilla and a long, smooth aftertaste.
