Typical red wine of Nemea that properly expresses the charming and friendly character of the wines of the region and of Agiorgitikos. It is characterized by aromas of dark fruits on the nose and similar flavours in the mouth, with the right balance of acidity and tannins.

The 'sweetness' of Agiorgitiko highlights characteristic red fruits, such as sour cherry and black cherry in a very ripe version - almost jam. The barrel enhances the complexity, imparting aromas of vanilla and cocoa, while in the background, some hints of milk chocolate, mint and animal notes emerge. In the mouth, the acidity of the wine lends freshness, with the red fruit appearing less ripe and the barrel "dominating" the aftertaste.

Saint Modesto is the newest creation of the Barafaka estate, whose wines are distinguished for their extroversion and expressive aromas. Its name is inspired by the church of Agios Modestos, located at the entrance of the winery.
