The Anhydrous by Apostolos Mountrichas brings a new look to the performance of the majestic terroir of Santorini. Its color is light lemon-green. Its aromas are citrusy with an emphasis on lemon, grapefruit and orange peel, followed by notes of peach, pear, gunpowder-like minerality and touches of green tea.
